1. A police officer who is excessively fearful. one who is easily frightened, a needlessly fearful for owns safety in day to day job. Prone to over reaction in most situations Involving people. Functionally inept at the job to protect and serve. Have been Known to fully discharge a firearm in erratic manor. With little or no regard to property or life around person or people they deem to be a threat or danger. Their target may or may not be armed or of any danger to said officer.

Note: NOT all police officer are called this, but some have demonstrated this behavior. And in some instances encountering and identifying one has proven to be fatal.

Remember people are not drafted or forced to be a police officers. If they are always in fear for their life, Using ‘I thought my life was in danger’ to kill. They should NOT choose this career.
